E1: JAS: "SECURITY FETCHING ERROR" When Running Standard or Custom Application on HTML Client (Doc ID 1512804.1)

Symptoms

Scenario 1 - Error on custom application

When attempting to run a custom application on the HTML/Web client, the following error occurs:

SECURITY FETCHING ERROR
Please contact your system administrator. Failed to fetch security information from JAS for form PXXXXX_WXXXXX

Where PXXXXX is the custom application name and WXXXXX is the application form name.

The steps to reproduce this issue:

  1. On the HTML/Web client, run a custom application from the fast path or from the Task Explorer.
  2. The above error message pops up on the screen.

Scenario 2 - Error on P986110B WSJ

Recently installed Portuguese Language and found Work with Submited Job (WSJ) is not working on web client, but it is working on local web client.
