Symptoms

1.  Attempting to display a Business Service WSDL by entering the end-point using Internet Explorer. The WSDL is not displaying. The WSDL is displaying correctly if using another web browser (Firefox for example).

2.  When you view the "Certification Path", you see "This certificate has an invalid digital signature." message in the "Certifcate Status:" window.
