Symptoms

The Enterprise server is moved to a new server and everything has worked fine for a month.  Now, when submitting UBES, randomly they error, but work after submitting a few times.  Issue can be duplicated when there are many users and with any UBE.   This error appears on screen:

The Enterprise Server has been changed (swapped).
