E1: MOB: Unable To Login To ADF Server - Failed to Call Deployment Processor (Doc ID 1524206.1)

When attempting to login to the Mobile Apps from the Mobile Application login screen, the following error occurs.
However, you are able to access to AuthenticationManager WSDL and you are able to test the provider successfully from SoapUI

Calling BSSV to authenticate user on server = https://<machine name>:82/DV900/AuthenticationManager failed.
javax.xml.rpc.ServiceException: Failed to call deployment processor

Correct Configuration:
- We have verified that you have certificate files - Custom ones (trust key and identity key) AND Wssp1.2-2007-Https-UsernameToken-Plain.xml in your domain folder.

- You have created custom Trust and Identity keystore files in ADF server ( = C:\Security\trust.jks - in the log)
- You have used the jks for ADF server and followed the step 2.6 in the installation guide ( to add the certificate info.
- You are able to open https://<machine name>:82/DV900/AuthenticationManager  and test it successfully via soapUI.
