E1: BSSV Multiple JDE/BSSV Sessions Are Causing Row Locks On The Database (DB lock) or Connection Timeout (Doc ID 1536985.1)

You have custom integrations using BSSV solutions. Both Provider and Consumer. Provider does some table I/O against F0006 by calling a custom BSFN. When Oracle FMW calls the BSSV, it generates 6 sessions and F0006 gets locked.
Because of that, any of the E1 users who use applications or UBE's that access the F0006, get an error.
You have a dedicated logic server for the BSSV integrations. You would like to know why the BSSV requests are causing the table lock.

In order to fix the issue, you have to kill the kernels and db sessions to stop the lock.
