The Lifetime Support Policy for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications releases has two entries for release 9.0.

Release 9.0 applies to customers at the base release of 9.0.

Release 9.0 Update 2 (9.0.2) was added to allow more time for upgrades on 9.0 and to allow customers to become current on the bugs and enhancements released for 9.0.

Please note as of 2/1/16, both timelines for Extended Support have been updated to November 2018 to be in sync.

*On April 8th, 2013, Oracle JD Edwards announced a waiver of Extended Support Fees for the 9.0, 9.1, A9.2, A9.2.1 and A9.3 release lines.

To ensure Oracle’s JD Edwards applications customers continue to receive world class, high value maintenance and support from Oracle and have ample opportunity to maximize return on their JD Edwards assets, Oracle recently announced the following changes to Oracle’s Lifetime Support:

  • Waiver of Extended Support Fee uplifts on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Releases  9.0 (including 9.0.2) and 9.1
  • Waiver of Extended Support Fee uplifts on JD Edwards World Releases A9.1, A9.2 and A9.3.

These fee waivers cover the entire three years or remaining Extended Support period for the above releases.  By upgrading to these releases JD Edwards customers receive the extended support commitment at a predictable cost.
