E1: KER: JDENET_N Kernel Crashes Frequently Caused By Firewall Timeout

There are 2 JDE instances setup with Multi Foundation, both using different Tools Releases; one instance has been recently upgraded to a higher Tools Release. There is a firewall setup between FAT clients and Enterprise servers. Four ports are configured in firewall to open for EnterpriseOne. Zombie alerts happen only on the second instance with higher Tools Release.
In JDE.INI under [JDENET] enablePredefinedPorts=1 is already defined and necessary ports are opened as in <Document 1396585.1>
