Purpose

This document details the standard User Roles available in Object Management Workbench (OMW). It also includes detail on each of the Allowed Actions that a user can perform in OMW depending on the assigned user role.

In Object Management Workbench(OMW) application - P98220, users must be assigned to a project before they can revise the project or the objects within that project. A user can be assigned to the same project more than once with different roles. A user can also be assigned to multiple projects.

Allowed actions are rules that define the actions that may be performed by a user who is assigned a specific user role. The allowed actions for each OMW user role, object type and project status are defined in Object Management Configuration application - P98230.

This document is intended for the EnterpriseOne developer or system administrator maintaining EnterpriseOne objects using Object Management Workbench.
