E1: 90CA Changing the Expiry Date on a Commission Code Throws an Insert Failure Error on the F90CA003 Table in the Jde.log

Using P03013/Customer Master Revisions. When selecting a customer and changing the expiration date on the commission records, it doesn't error on the application, however, it adds the following error in the jde.log:

Steps to duplicate:

1)Search for a customer in P03013 and select it, make sure the Sales Team Override (STOF) is checked on.
2)Form Exit , Billing Information
3)Form Exit , Commission Codes
4)Adding a Sales Rep and let the dates be defaulted to the Effective Date of Today and Expiration Date to 12/31/2040
5)Saving all the way back to Customer Master Revisions and going back to Work With Customer Master
6)Selecting the same Customer, Form Exit Billing Information, Form Exit Commission Codes
7)Changing the Expiration Date from 12/31/2040 to 12/31/2015
8)Saving all the way back to customer master Revision
9)At this point we see the insert failure errors in the logs.
