Symptoms
BI report definition set with PDF Printer Delivery Option causes the XMLP kernel to crash when the report PDF is sent to PCL Printer, with JDE log messages in:
XMLP kernel jde.log
There is an unique and special scenario where a particular submission of RD job with 0 page PDF output delivered to a PCL printer causes Embedded BI Publisher functionality to stop working by causing every XML PUBLISHER kernel to go into zombie
If an RD job is inserted into F95630 with status 'WX' or 'X' and the XML PUBLISHER kernel crashes before the status can be changed to error, the next time an RD is submitted, it will pool the table for any RD job in 'WX' or 'X' status and try to process it, causing the kernel to crash repeatedly
