Symptoms

Symptom 1:

Using E1 9.1 with Tools 9.1.0.3 running on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit. The BSSV Server is Weblogic 10.3.5. The BSFN is running on another windows Server which is on 2008 R2. This process that is running is an external authorization process. Sometimes the users experience a problem in the application where the hour glass continues to run and eventually errors out. In the call object log on the application server receive the following error:

"Did not receive response from BSSV Server. JDENET Error = eTimeOut"

The corresponding Call object debug for the same error has the following lines:
