E1: ESU: Planner ESU JM13906 Causing issues with Spec Merge and issues with running TCs on the Server (Doc ID 1576892.1)

Symptoms

Customers that have installed Planner ESU JM13906 and have subsequently installed ESUs and/or performed an upgrade where the Spec Merge was run will have issues with the GBRSPEC of the objects affected by the Spec Merge process (R98700).

No errors will be seen during the Spec Merge process, nor on the resulting R98700 PDF. Errors also will not be seen in the package build process. The issue will be seen after the package has been deployed and users are attempting to use the applications associated with the affected objects. Issues will occur such as pressing the Select or Find button on a form and nothing occurs. This is because there is missing specs for the related objects.

 Scenario 3. For customers that have installed fix-current ESUs or batches of software updates in Change Assistant after installing Planner ESU JM13906
 Scenario 4. For customers that ran an Upgrade Plan from a Prior Release after installing Planner ESU JM13906
 Scenario 5. For customers that have deployed ESUs to the Pristine pathcode using Planner ESU JM13906 in preparation for running TCs on the Enterprise Server for the upgrade plan
