Have set up A4 paper size to be the default paper size for all active printers and for all environments, however when submit any UBE like R014021 to the server from the web client, it is not picking up the default paper size from P98616 Printer Setup.  Instead it is always printing to Letter. For any report or version created, it will always be defaulted to Letter. However, for Asia and Europe, the common paper size is A4, not Letter. If it is going to pick up report specs and ignore the P98616 settings, this would mean having to change thousands of reports from letter to A4 in the report specs which is not feasible. For the fat client, it is behaving correctly when submitting locally which is to print the paper size as specified globally in the Printer Setup regardless of the Letter paper size specified in the report design.

The correct behavior should be the default paper size must always be the default paper size from the P98616 printer setup, unless the Custom checkbox is checked in the report design.
