E1: MOBJ: New File Attachment Fails To Display After Attached (Doc ID 1581814.1)

Symptoms

Unable to view attachment after adding the attachment via file in web client. Local web can be viewed correctly after attached.  Other server that has the same settings as this server is also working fine for the media object.

Steps taken:-

1) Add file

2) Save and go back to the attachment.  Error occurred.
