Symptoms

After an upgrade from a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.9 release (or higher) to EnterpriseOne 9.1 and 9.2 applications release level, Media Object Templates are no longer available for users in the new release. In P98TMPL application, none of the records show up.
