Support Announcement:
The support timeframes have been shortened for the following JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 In-Memory Products: Sales Advisor, Planning Advisor, and Project Portfolio Management.
- Premier Support will end September 2023. (Previously, Premier Support was available through December 2032.)
- Extended Support is not available
- Indefinite Sustaining Support is available.
This change is reflected in the Lifetime Support Policy: Oracle Applications LSP brochure within Oracle’s JD Edwards Continuous Innovation Exceptions Table.
NOTE: In March 2018 we removed the three In-Memory applications modules from the price list so they could no longer be sold.
While we plan to add an end date for their support, we have not done that yet. Meaning that while they cannot be licensed by additional customers, they are still supported by customers who have already licensed them.
