Symptoms

Frequent Zombie Workflow Kernels are observed and Crash dump logs are getting created for Workflow kernels on Enterprise Server . Too many outstanding requests alerts gets generated from Server Manager on Workflow Kernels.

Workflow Kernel Logs shows following error message :
