Symptoms
You are trying to place a job in HOLD status, which is currently in Waiting status. But the HOLD button (under row exit) is disabled.
Verified that there is no security applied on the WSJ related application or exits. User has full access to the setup. Also noticed that HOLD button gets enabled for certain jobs in Waiting status. Issue can be replicated if the job is submitted manually or through Scheduler application.
