Goal

After upgrading from 8.12 to 9.1, it was found that the BSFN, BD3N0003 (Convert ASCII to CHAR) does not exist in Release 9.1. Is this correct? If yes, is there any other business function in Release 9.1 that can be used to replaced for the custom interactive application?
