E1: OVR: Date Formats Do Not Follow User Profile Settings

OneView Reporting is ignoring date formatting that was set up in P0092 - User Profile Revisions such MMDDYYYY or '/' as date separator. Generally E1 UBE, Grid, etc. will honour the date format specified in user profile application but OVR report output does not reflect the date format from user profile settings.
