Symptoms

SERVER MANAGER MANAGEMENT CONSOLE ERRORS:

After a self-update to a WLS-based SMMC from Tools Release 9.1.3.1 (or earlier) to Tools Release 9.1.4.0/9.1.4.1 the Primary Security Server Entry and Outgoing JDENET Port numbers input fields do not get rendered.The exception in the Server Manager Console Logs are as follows:
