Changes to the N0501410 (Employee Supervisor Relationship Build) causes performance appraisals to immediately move to the new supervisor when changed in P0801ORG Organizational Assignment. Previously, this didn't happen until the UBE R05846 (Employee Supervisor Build) was run. This affects the users process requirement that the change should happen only when they run the R05846. The Supervisor may change as of a certain date but there is an expectation that the prior supervisor finishes the performance appraisal if it is close to the year end, which is when their final appraisals are conducted.
Previously, the change of supervisor on appraisal records via R05846 could be controlled by the user.
