Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Credit Refresh Analysis UBE (R03B525) is not generating Delinquency Notices (R03B20) for customers whose outstanding open invoices fall under Aging Category which are not defined in the Delinquency Notifications Rules (P03B2501).

For example, if the Notification Rule is defined only for the Aging Category “2” (i.e. 30 – 60 days) any customer having open invoices falling only under the aging categories 3, 4, 5 or higher are not printed.

If the customer has at least one open invoice falling under the defined Aging Category Delinquency Notification rule (2), even though the other open invoices falls under the higher aging category for which the notifications rules are not setup, Delinquency Notices are correctly printed.
