E1: 42: R42997 Creates Backorder instead of Hard Commit (Doc ID 1610407.1)

Symptoms


Under the specific condition, a soft committed order becomes back order by R42997 instead of hard commit.

When there are 2 detail lines in a sales order and the order transaction UOM of 1st detail line is not standard UOM. (Dual UOM isn't used.) and the  order transaction UOM of 2nd detail line is standard UOM, the first line is committed and the second line is backordered.  Order quantity of second detail line is less than that of first detail line.
