A Transaction Error occurs when editing an previously saved sales order with a Kit using the Edit Full Header button in Customer Service Order Entry (P42101) and entering a Reason Code on the Parent Line. The error TRANSACTION ERROR box appears with the message: "Transaction cannot be committed. It was canceled."
