Program: R00993 Create F43199 Commitment Audit Trail
When running the R00993 (Create F43199 Commitment Audit Trail) to rebuild F43199 PA Ledger records, the subledger and subledger type are being blanked out on the original committed line in the F43199 table. This occurs when the lines being rebuilt are for multiple account distribution (F4316) and both of the multiple account lines contain a different subledger value. When the F43199 PA records are built with a blank subledger, any committment relief records that contain a subledger will retain the subledger, but the system believes that the original committment no longer exists for these lines. Instead of retaining the positive amounts in the amount relieved column, a negative amount is placed on the amount committed value in the F43199 PA. This appears to the user that the committment amount was canceled instead of relieved.
