E1: 13: R12807 Update PM Schedule is Not Using Associations Threshold Percent To Assign Work Orders (Doc ID 1614667.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 03, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Capital Asset Management - Version 9.0 to 9.1 [Release 9.0 to 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Update PM Schedule - R12807 is not assigning a work order to the associated service type based on the association threshold percentage when the Service Interval in the P1207 Equipment PM Schedule is setup to use a Schedule date. For example, Service type 1 was assigned with a WO, but the associated service type 2 was not assigned a work order even though the percent due was greater than the threshold percent.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create two new services.
  2. Associate them using Threshold days of 2 days on the PM (P1207).
  3. Set the last completed and schedule date so that the associated services are three days apart.
  4. Run the PM Update (R12807) to make the service come due.

The system should respect the Threshold Days on the association so that the associated PM should not come due until it falls within the Threshold Days specified by the Association.
