E1: XML Type=ube - "SecurityServer Field in [SECURITY] Section of JDE.INI is Blank or Missing" Error In UBE Log (Doc ID 1614906.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit UBEs from Tidal adapter, the following error occurs in UBE kernel.

- It uses XML Interop with type=ube (runubexml) to submit E1 UBEs.
- When you saw the issue, you sent test jobs using runubexml command and Batch Version, and there were both  completed successfully.
- no special network configuration (e.g. load balancing)
- Workaround is to kill this UBE kernel (PID)

TAMInitX (e:\jdedwards\e812\ddp\system\jdekrnl.xdb): Error opening index file "e:\jdedwards\e812\ddp\system\jdekrnl.xdb" : The system cannot find the file specified. WinErrNum=2. No such file or directory. Std C errno=2.

JDB9990310 - Unable to open JDEKRNL specs.
