Symptoms
Run WIP Revaluation (R30837) over 07 Standard Cost work orders that have had inventory issues performed to Inventory Cost level 1 components that reside on the work order part list. After component cost changes are made, and resimulating and freezing cost while calling R30837 from the Frozen Cost Update (R30835), WIP Reval deletes the Current, Planned and Actual buckets of open work orders in the Variance File (F3102). This causes the Variance program (R31804) to calculate incorrect variances when run.
