Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Equipment and Plant Maintenance P13714

When Closing an Equipment Work Order, 2 Errors Received "Work Order Number Invalid" & "Record Invalid"

In production environment, user created WO using application P13714. Approx. 1 hr. later when attempting to close the work order (Changing Status from 20 to 95), 2 error messages were received.

Record Details are as follows:

Refer to step by step of issue as it occurs. This issue has been only been reported with the WO used in the test.

1) Work Order Number Invalid
 
 A form level error has occurred.
CAUSE: The Work Order Number entered does not exist in the Work Order Master file (F4801).
RESOLUTION: Either enter the correct Work Order Number or create a new Work Order for the number on the display.

2) Record Invalid
 
 A form level error has occurred.
CAUSE: The record being processed either already exists for an 'ADD' function or does not exist for an 'INQUIRY', 'CHANGE' or 'DELETE' function.
RESOLUTION: If you are attempting to inquire, change or delete a record you previously added, there may be data base problems in your production library. You should notify your data processing department.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a WO using application P13714.
Approximately 1 hour later, change the Status to 95
Then Click "Save Changes" button. 
The 2 error messages are received.
