E1: XMLP: XML Structure for Report Definition Source is Incorrect After Upgrading to Tools Release 9.1.4.1 (Doc ID 1615463.1)

Last updated on JULY 30, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After upgrading the Tools Release from 9.1.3.3 to 9.1.4.1, the XML source generated by some UBEs is incorrect and different when compared to the XML source generated by 9.1.3.3 Tools Release.

XML source generated by 9.1.4.1 might be missing some tags of Level Break Sections and/or Conditional Sections. The Section tags may also appear at incorrect hierarchy levels in the XML Tree.

For example, the XML source from 9.1.4.1 Tools Release is not displaying the Section Tag for Level Break on Line Number correctly as shown below:

This is causing problems to generate the Report Definition Output correctly.

Changes

 Upgrade to Tools release 9.1.4.1
