E1: 43: Disable Warning Message Tax Rate/Area Override (Error ID 43BI012) and Tax Explanation Code Override (Error ID 43BI009) When Changing Tax Rate/Area and/or Tax Explanation Code in Match Voucher to Open Receipts (P4314) (Doc ID 1616937.1)

Symptoms

Issue 1: In Match Voucher to Open Receipts (P4314) when the tax rate/area is changed, a warning message is displayed indicating Tax Rate/Area override (Error ID 43BI012). In Match Voucher to Open Receipts (P4314) when the tax explanation code is changed, the warning message Tax Explanation Code Override (Error ID 43BI009) is displayed. In order to create the voucher the user has to click Ok to acknowledge the warning message.

Steps to Duplicate

1. In Purchase Order Entry (P4310) create a voucher with tax explanation code S and tax rate/area DEN.
2. In Receipts by PO (P4312), receive the purchase order.
3. In Match Voucher to Open Receipts (P4314) match the purchase order receipt. On the detail line change the tax explanation code to E. The warning message Tax Explanation Code Override (Error ID 43BI009) is displayed.
4. Or, in Match Voucher to Open Receipts (P4314) match the purchase order receipt. On the detail line change the tax rate area from DEN to DEN1. The warning message ax Rate/Area override (Error ID 43BI012).

The warning messages display automatically and cannot be deactivated by a processing option.
