Symptoms

When the length of the attachment (File, OLE, URL) filename is large, it is truncated to 30 characters and only 30 characters are stored in the column GDGTITNM in the F00165 even though the actual size of the data dictionary item GTITNM is 50. 

See the following example:

Attach a file named "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz123456789.txt", it will be saved as "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234" in the F00165 column GDGTITNM as shown.
