(Doc ID 1620247.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 22, 2019
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurator - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
E1 release: 9.1
With a setup in which a configured item has the Pricing Unit of Measure (UOM) defined differently than the Production UOM, the system calculates the Unit Price incorrectly. However, the Extended Price is correct. If, in the sales order detail, the Unit Price and Extended Price are cleared out manually, the system populates the Unit Price with the F4106 Unit Price of the configured parent in the Pricing UOM.
This issue only occurs with configured items and occurs based on the following criteria:
• The item is configured (Stock Type C).
• The Pricing UOM is different than the Production UOM.
• The Production UOM is the UOM defined in the Sales Order Detail.
• In the System Constants (P41001), the Sales Price Retrieval UOM is defined as ‘2’ to calculate the price by the Pricing UOM.
