When the R51800 is run on a job that has the Extended Job Master Starting in Century 19 and Year 98 and ending in Century 20 and Year 13 (Crosses Century) the R51800 loops and does not complete.   It is believed that it is happening when the BSFN N5100009 (Build Profit Recognition Records) intends to create F5144 records.  It relies on F5108 (Extended Job Master) Budget Start Century (BSCT) and Fiscal Year (BSFY).  The logic in the program is correct when the Budget Start Year is within the same century, but if it is in the different century, then it gets into an infinite loop.
For example if current Century/Year= 20/13, and Budget Start Century/Year=19/98.
