Symptoms

Users are unable to open and view any job in P986110 - Work With Submitted Jobs application (WSJ). 

Getting the following error message that says UBE: Retrieve of UBE file failed. The file may not exist on Enterprise Server:

There is no issue in fat client non-J environment. 

Changes

 After upgrade to Tools Release 9.1
