E1: 42: Incorrect Volume Calculation Running R4211DC with Different UOM (Doc ID 1620778.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 24, 2015

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Advanced Cost Accounting - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When running the R4211DC (F4211 Driver Calculations) for a volume driver, the quantity calculated is incorrect if the primary unit of measure is not used on the sales order.  The program is incorrectly calculating the quantity based on the inverse conversion factor in the unit of measure conversion.  It should be comparing the unit of measure setup on the driver and what was used on the sales order to determine the quantity written to the F1632.
