Symptoms

After applying the ESU For Bug 16899358 - MRP DOES NOT PLAN FOR SO DEMAND WHEN FORECAST CONSUMPTION WITH CUSTOMER IS USED, Sales Order demand for an item where no Forecast exists is being ignored by R3483 - Requirements Planning.

STEPS:
======
1. R3483 by forecast consumption by customer
2. Item with rule H
3. Forecast by customer for the item for 2 customers (3001, 3003). No generic forecast for the item
4. Sales order for the customers (3001, 3003 and 4242)

Results: MRP plans not considering at all the demand related to the SO associated to 4242.
