Symptoms

Customers running upgrade table conversions (i.e. of type R89*) may find incorrect data values related to data items with changed display decimal values. Because of the changed values, it is also possible that some records may not be retained. Generally, these will be related to Data Dictionary quantity data items (e.g. QTY, QNTY, BQTY, those of data item class QTYINV). Examples of reported issues include (but are not limited to these examples):

NOTE: these are examples, other tables and Data Items may be affected.

 

NOTE: The issue occurs only when the upgrade table conversions are processed on the server, not when run locally on the Deployment Server.
