Invalid Work Order Status

When attempting to enter time through Time Entry by Individual (P051121), the system generates a warning for several work orders that the status is invalid.  Below is the error detail:

Error ID 05WO:

Invalid Work Order Status: An error has occurred in the grid on a column that is not displayed because of your current grid format setting.  To view the column (and the error), change your grid format to show the columns.

CAUSE: . The work order is at an invalid or closed status.

RESOLUTION . . Either change the work order to a valid status in P48201 and re-enter the timecard or enter a different work order with a valid status.  This is only a warning.  Press OK twice to save the timecard.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create an equipment work order.
2) Change the status to MJ.
3) Try to enter time against the order and see that an error is encountered.
4) Change the order back a status before MJ and see that you can enter time against the order.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot report time against closed (completed date populated) work orders.
