E1: 43: Close Button Missing in P4310 After Making Edit to PO Header (Doc ID 1625445.1)

Symptoms

If an update is made to an existing purchase order header, after clicking OK the system takes the user to P4310 form W43410A to review the PO detail. The problem is that the Cancel button disappears and the user is unable to close out of the application should they not wish to save their changes.
Also, the processing options: Defaults Tab - 10. Header to Detail set to 1=Auto load header changes to detail causes Expl. Code and tax/Rate area fields to blanked out.
