Goal

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1

Other than writing custom code is there a way, during the Lead Conversion process, to not create new address book and customer master records. The client has a requirement for associating leads with existing customer accounts rather than creating new customer accounts. There aren't any processing options that support this process!
