E1: 42: Inconsistent Tax In Order Summary(P42101) And Online Invoice(P42230) With Use Taxed Prices (Doc ID 1626856.1)

When using Sales Order Entry/Edit(P42101) with Use Taxed Prices, the Order Summary tab is calculating the Tax value and Total Order value differently from when the order is invoiced(R42565). The online invoice (P42230) is calculating the tax and order value differently depending on whether the item is available or on backorder.

Sales Order for Customer setup with Use Taxed Price activated, 10% tax.

When 1EA of Item is Backordered the Sales detail information shows:

Order Summary tab shows

Online Invoice(P42230) shows

Release Backorder for sales order so that 1EA of Item is Shippable. Sales detail informaiton shows:

Order Summary tab shows

Online Invoice (P42230) shows

For both scenarios, Invoice Print (R42565) shows

Summation at the end of invoice
