E1: OVR: Getting Error 500 Internal Server Error in Interactive View with BIP Delivered Reports

After upgrading BI Publisher Enterprise Edition to, gets the following error when trying to run any delivered reports.


The BI Publisher Enterprise Edition is upgraded to by installing BIP and BIPUBLISHER_11_1_1_7_0_GENERIC_130607_0438_16849017 Patch while the the OVR reports for BIPEE are downloaded from the Update Center. All the reports become Internal Error in Interactive View. However, if go to manage reports and save it without any change, it works. Also new report created can be opened without error.

Running the delivered reports for BIP with BIP do NOT have the issue. If  re-import the delivered report for BIP on BIP configuration without "bip version" property in the softcoding setting also DO NOT have issue.


Issue is language related. When signed in to different users that are associated with BIP users using alternate languages, the issue occurs.
