For certain jobs when profit recognition is run and journal entries are created, the journal entry being created is picking up the inception to date revenue instead of the period activity. This is happening when there is only a project and that project is assigned to itself. The system is creating the same journal entries to move the project from the Balance Sheet to the Income Statement as it did in the prior period. This is happening consistently when the Recognition Method is Revenue, and revenues are recorded. It is only happening randomly, when the Recognition Method is Cost.
