Symptoms

On EnterpriseOne 8.11 SP1 Tools Release 8.97.x.x running on an AIX 6.1 Enterprise Server with an Oracle 9.2.0.1 database.  When attempting to clear database cache, the following error is noted in the server JDE.LOG & JDEDEBUG.LOG:
