Symptoms

On : 9.1 release version with tool release 9.1, Install/Change Mgmt - Demo

When attempting to login to the StandAlone 9.1 the following error occurs.

ERRORS
-----------------------
1.- Unable to locate Security Server
2.- Failed to communicate with security server.Unable to locate Security Server
3.- JD EdwardsOne could not sign you on.Make sure your User ID is corrected and retype you Password.
