E1: KER: Call Object Kernel Hangs Causing E1 Service Auto-start Failure on AS/400 (Doc ID 1636752.1)

Symptoms

The Call Object Kernel hangs causing E1 service to auto-restart and fails on AS/400.  This occurs on an EnterpriseOne 9.1 with Tools Release 9.1.0.3.  There is a primary V7R1 server and a secondary V6R1 server.  The following errors are found in the JDE.LOG:
