ADP TaxService Quarterly File (R078504) / ADP TaxService Quarterly File (R89078502)

The quarterly file generated for ADP processing is incorrect because ADP expects each jurisdiction (borough) in New York City to be combined and reported together. Presently the quarterly file contains all local tax records (for all jurisdictions) as individual records even when the 4-digit ADP codes in F078504 match. When there are multiple NY local records in this instance ADP only processes the first record rather than accumulating the amounts. The ADP code is the same for all NY Burroughs so ADP requires tax types summarized individually by the ADP code.
