E1: 43: PO Header Fields Are Not Copying To Detail When Changed (Requested Date) (Doc ID 1638055.1)

Last updated on JULY 20, 2016

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Procurement and Subcontract Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Procurement
PO Entry (P4310)
Tools Release 9.1

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to change the Requested Date on the header of a purchase order, the new requested date does not get updated on the PO Detail Lines even though Processing option #10 (Header to Detail) is set to 1 (Auto Load Header Changes to Detail).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If P4310 Processing option #10 (Header to Detail) is set to 1 (Auto Load Header Changes to Detail), a change to the Requested Date on the header of a purchase order, should get updated on the PO Detail Lines

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Processing option #10 (Header to Detail) is set to 1 (Auto Load Header Changes to Detail) on the PO Entry (P4310) version.
2. Create a PO allowing the Requested date to Default as today's date. Save the order.
3. Reinquire and go to Header Revisions.
4. Change the Requested date in the Header to a date in the future. Accept header changes and proceed to the detail.
5. Check Requested date on the detail lines. They were not changed.
